The Domyos Baby Shoes can be worn inside or out and are perfect for going to Baby Gym classes. They are easy to slip on and off. We suggest wearing them with socks and adjusting the rip-tab to fit your child's foot.

Characteristics of a child's feet:

Walking barefoot is best for babies so they can learn to feel and recognise tactile sensations. Nerves on the bottom of the feet help them determine where to place their body weight for good balance. Doing Baby Gym

What is Baby Gym?Fun gymnastic-oriented exercises in the form of a course made of specially designed apparatuses, under the watchful eye and assistance of instructors. These courses include various gym apparatus sized specially for babies (beam, steps, inclined plane, parallel bars, tunnels, rollers), which allow them to crawl, slide, jump, balance, etc. Baby Gym can be practised starting from 10 months until 6 years old.

What to wear

What should your child wear for Baby Gym?A comfortable outfit that's suitable for the season: T-shirt and shorts or bottoms in soft knit, plus a jacket or tracksuit for warming up. And a pair of Domyos Baby Gym bootees to avoid slipping on gym equipment.Domyos shoes are perfect for heading to Baby Gym, and can be easily taken off and exchanged for bootees for the gym session itself.

Wearing the right shoe size:

Wearing shoes that fit perfectly is extremely important - shoes that are too big or too small (even by 5 mm!) are not a good idea. A fit that is too small on the toes can injure the heel and toes and rub the skin, whilst a fit that is too large can alter gait and cause blisters and rubbing.Children aged 1 to 2 years generally grow out of their shoes every 3 to 4 months. Be sure to check their shoe size on a regular basis.
